3) FHA $100 DOWN PAYMENT PURCHASE PROGRAM
This is a Special HUD property Purchase loan program financed as an FHA loan. It offers the ability to own a home with a down payment of $100.00. The property must meet FHA guidelines and the Buyer must intend to live in the property.
4) NON-QUALIFIED MORTGAGES (NON-QM)
